Pop star PinkPantheress is revealing that she was an unknowing participant in the taping of an episode of the TBS hidden-camera comedy series Impractical Jokers.
In response to a viral social media meme template that asks users to “share a piece of lore about yourself,” the 24-year-old “Boy’s a Liar Pt. 2” singer posted a clip Friday from the season 12 premiere that briefly cuts to a shot of her sitting in the audience of a sword-swallowing demonstration in New York City.

The Impractical Jokers episode, titled “The Endless Esophagus,” sees cast member Sal Vulcano pretending to be part of a variety show on stage as attendees watch him attempt to swallow various objects — all under the secret direction of his IJ castmates communicating with him via a receiver in his ear.
As Vulcano chokes on an object, the camera quickly jumps to PinkPantheress watching in shock. It later shows Vulcano’s female companion successfully swallowing the sword.
“My face really says all it all cos how tf did she get that sword down her neck like dat!?? incredible work,” PinkPantheress wrote on X.
The faces of some audience members are blurred out throughout the footage, though others are clearly visible — including the singer’s.
The broadcast edit of Impractical Jokers did not reference the singer by name, nor did it acknowledge that she’s a public figure.
