The exciting thing about a vacation to Walt Disney World or Disneyland is that no two visits are ever the same and there’s always something new to explore. And now the mouse is sweetening the deal with new attractions, discounts, and more.
At Walt Disney World, park goers can look forward to brand new attractions, including the newly-reimagined Test Track presented by General Motors and Magic Kingdom’s The Beak & Barrel. Over in Southern California, Disneyland is in the midst of its resort-wide 70th celebrationwhich includes the new attraction “Walt Disney—A Magical Life” honoring the legacy of its founder.

Walt Disney World Updates
Attractions:
The highly-anticipated Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring The Muppets will open in summer 2026 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
“You bet we’ll have rock as we roll across Hollywood on a wild ride with the Electric Mayhem—complete with backstage chaos, high-speed thrills, that signature Muppet humor… and an all-new Muppet Audio-Animatronics figure,” Disney shared in a release.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s iconic Tree of Life Theater will welcome a new production this fall when “Zootopia: Better Zoogether!” opens Nov. 7. Changes are also abound for fan-favorite attraction Frozen Ever After at EPCOT. Early next year its Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff Audio-Animatronics will receive an update to mirror the groundbreaking advanced figures from Hong Kong Disneyland’s World of Frozen.
Discounts and Tickets:
Disney World rolled out increased pricing for single and multi-day tickets, Annual Passes, standard theme park parking, and its Lightning Lane Multi Pass.
Disney World also shared its 2026 vacation and hotel packageswhich includes up to $250 per night off a 4-night or longer Disney Resort hotel stay when bundled with theme park tickets, a free dining plan for kids, and savings of up to 25 percent at select hotels.
Disneyland Updates
Attractions:
A modern twist is coming to the classic attraction Storybook Land Canal Boats at Disneyland Park. When it reopens this winter, it will feature a miniature of Rapunzel’s Tower from the Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “Tangled.”
Discounts and Tickets:
Disneyland rolled out increased single and multi-day ticket pricing along with Magic Key passes.
A new 3-day California Resident Park Hopper deal will be available for purchase starting Dec. 3, valid for visits Jan. 1 through May 21, 2026. The resort is also offering savings of up to 20 percent on select Disneyland hotel stays.
